I forgot my user ID and password. How can I retrieve it?
Click on login in the top right of the page. Click the Forgot Password link and follow the instructions.

Why can't I see my community center reservation?
All rentals at the community center must be activated by the webmaster before they are visible on the calendar. An e-mail is sent to the webmaster when you request a reservation. Allow 24 hours for the webmaster to receive and activate your reservation.

How can I access the website?
Your account must be activated by a website administrator. Please complete the New Member form to request access. Requests are typically completed within 24 hours.

How can I subscribe/unsubscribe for mailing lists?
After logging into the website, click the dropdown next to your name in the top right and select "Member settings". On the "Contact" tab, select the options you would like, then click "Save".

How do I report an HOA violation or problem in the community?
You can contact the SVCA Board using the name and address on the SVCA Board page of this website, or you can send a violation report using the online HOA Violation/Problem Report Form.
