Courts and Playground

The community amenities in Shouse also include:

Two tennis / pickleball courts

Playground

The courts are available for all residents and their guests. They are located in the heart of Shouse Village near the lake. The Shouse Village Community Association often hires tennis instructors who offer low-cost lessons at various skill levels for adults and children. These paid lessons are available to all Shouse homeowners.

Our children’s playground is located off Towlston to the left of the Community Center.

The Lake and Grounds Committee (HOA only - login required) oversees all common grounds including the walking path, parking lots, tennis courts, storm water management and more .
