Shouse Village Voice

Shouse Village actively keeps its membership informed of events in the community through our monthly newsletter, the Shouse Village Voice (HOA only - login required), which is sent via email or delivered door-to-door to neighbors based on residents’ preferences. Time sensitive community updates are sent by email or text throughout the month.

The members-only portion of this website enables residents to rent the community center, access forms and documents, and gain access to important community contacts and web links.

Member Directory

A directory of Shouse Village residents is published annually for Shouse Village members and includes community Bylaws, Restrictive Covenants, and policies for the community center, pool and tennis courts.
