Community Center

One of the unique assets for the Shouse Village community is the Community Center which provides a gathering place that bring residents together throughout the year. The community hosts:

Happy hours
Seasonal parties for children and adults
Monthly board meetings
Annual community meetings
Book club
Duplicate bridge club
Classes are often offered for a small fee such as dance, music, yoga, and Pilates

Shouse Village homeowners may rent the Community Center for private events. The clubhouse has been the venue for many birthday bashes, anniversary fetes, baby and bridal showers, graduation parties, and even weddings!

Community Center Rentals

Shouse homeowners may complete the Community Center Rental form to submit a request to rent the community center. Please refer to the documents listed below for requirements for Community Center rentals. Community Center rentals are limited to members of the homeowners association.

Classes and Clubs

Please refer to the Community Center Policy Manual for requirements for class and club use of the Community Center and use the Class/Club Request form to propose a new class or club.
